Fresh & Clean Bathrooms
Cleaning toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, and countertops. Replacing used towels with clean, owner-provided towels and arranging bathroom essentials
Kitchen & Dining Reset
Cleaning countertops, sinks, stovetops, appliance exteriors, and dining tables. Checking the refrigerator for leftover food according to host instructions, wiping light spills, and loading or unloading the dishwasher as agreed.
Living Spaces & Floors
Dusting accessible surfaces, straightening cushions, and tidying common areas. Vacuuming carpets and rugs, sweeping and mopping hard floors, and wiping frequently touched surfaces.
Trash & Guest Essentials
Emptying indoor trash bins, replacing liners, and taking bagged waste to the designated property bins. Restocking toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and other essentials supplied by the owner
Final Check & Host Updates
Following your agreed turnover checklist and checking the presentation before leaving. Reporting visible damage, missing supplies, or items left behind, with completion photos available by arrangement.
Laundry Services
On-site washing and drying of linens and towels are be included in your customized quote,
Depending of laundry volume, available machines, and turnover time. Off-site laundry, are quoted separately.
